Challenge: Enquiries arrived through several channels and created conflicting records of the same shipment. The team needed one dependable way to run every job.
What we built

- Customers sign, upload and track from one personal workspace instead of scattered links.
- Public shipping tools, a quote request flow and a chat assistant, all feeding the same workflow.
